The documentary Acting Together on the World Stage was produced by the Program in Peacebuilding and the Arts at Brandeis University. The documentary explores how divided communities in more than a dozen conflict regions across the globe draw on the power of performance to transform conflict. Now, IMPACT is organizing screenings of the film with Russian and Ukrainian subtitles to create a space for Ukrainian and Russian artists, cultural workers, and communities to address the challenges of the current moment. The first screening (in Ukrainian) was organized in Belgrade as a part of “Prologue to the Arts and Human Rights Festival” organized by DAH Theatre. More info here.
